Charlotte’s price logic
- South End is the trend engine. The newest studios open here first and price accordingly — great work, but you are paying part of the rent on a very hot corridor.
- The eastern belt is the value. University City and East Charlotte deliver equally skilled everyday work for meaningfully less than the southern tier.
