Miami’s price logic
- The Beach and Brickell price like LA. Tourist traffic and high-rise rents put the glossy districts at coastal-city rates — the same set runs meaningfully less two neighborhoods inland.
- The season moves the market. December–April is high season: books fill, walk-ins vanish, and prices firm up. Summer is Miami’s quiet secret — easier appointments and friendlier totals.
- Pedicure standards are the country’s highest. When sandal season never ends, pedicure quality can’t dip — which is why Miami’s spa-tier menus are the deepest we’ve seen anywhere.
Cost-per-week: the honest way to compare
