Seattle’s price logic
- Builder gel is the local default. Seattle wears shorter, sturdier shapes and structured overlays more than most markets — practical for weather, keyboards and the outdoors, and it makes BIAB a common ask.
- Bellevue is its own market. Eastside studios price meaningfully above the city for comparable work; crossing the bridge in either direction changes the bill.
- The south end is the value. The International District, Beacon Hill and Rainier Valley hold the metro’s deepest bench at its friendliest prices.
Cost-per-week: the honest way to compare
